• The working principle of the all-in-one DTF (Direct-to-Film) printer includes a series of integrated steps, from digital image processing to powder fixing and baking, to ensure high-quality image transfer to various materials.
• Digital image printing: Printed on a dedicated PET film through the print head. The original EPSON high-precision print head's inkjet printing technology prints white and color inks as the bottom layer and pattern layer respectively to form a complete image.
• Automatic powder spreading and heating: After printing, hot melt powder is automatically sprinkled on the ink. This step is to allow the powder to combine with the ink to achieve the transfer effect.
• Drying and powder fixing: The baking tunnel in the machine dries the hot melt powder so that it is completely attached to the ink to form a solid pattern.

• Assembly workshop
• Frame construction: Assemble the frame, base and bracket according to the design drawings. Ensure the stability and firmness of the frame to provide support for the subsequent installation of parts.
